After some sunny days in Koh Samui, the next stop on our journey was Koh Phangan, which we travelled to by coach and boat again.

It has quickly become clear that each of these stunning islands have very much their own vibe/character, as does each town on the island: Koh Phangan appears so far to be very much a party town, where every month there are several huge raves to celebrate the cycles of the moon, but it is also is much more rustic and feels less "touristy" in places.

This said, there's still 100s of bars, food halls and the typical tourist bars such as "Hard Road Cafe", "Hell's Kitchen" and food halls like "Bangers and Mash" - as well as the obvious massage parlors, 'Lady Bars' and hostels.
